Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the ground beef, chopped cabbage, diced onion, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to mix all the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
