- 4 bagels
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz smoked salmon
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Slice the bagels in half and toast them until golden brown.
- Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each half of the bagel.
- Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
- Add slices of red onion and sprinkle capers over the salmon.
- Garnish with fresh dill and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
