  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetables.

Notes

For best results, squeeze excess water from thawed spinach to avoid a runny dip. Fresh garlic enhances the flavor, and various cheeses can be swapped for preference.
