Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, and 3/4 cup of parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish (about 8×8 inches or a glass pie dish).
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
