Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 ounce can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, and 3/4 cup of parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish (about 8×8 inches or a glass pie dish).
  4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
