  • Total Time: 16 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over two of the flour tortillas.
  3. Top the cream cheese with sliced strawberries and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Place the other two tortillas on top to form quesadillas.
