- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Butter for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over two of the flour tortillas.
- Top the cream cheese with sliced strawberries and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
- Place the other two tortillas on top to form quesadillas.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
- Cook each quesadilla for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before slicing into wedges.
- Serve warm with additional strawberries or whipped cream if desired.
Notes
Serve immediately for the best texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
