  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil the sweet potatoes until tender, then drain and mash.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, butter, eggs, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with miniature marshmallows and chopped pecans.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.
