A delicious and easy meal featuring tender chicken, crunchy vegetables, and a sweet teriyaki sauce rolled in a tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (lettuce, bell peppers, carrots)
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 4 tortillas
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
  • Green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with teriyaki sauce until well coated.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. Add a portion of the teriyaki chicken and mixed vegetables in the center of the tortilla.
  4. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
  6. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for meal prep.

Notes

Use fresh vegetables for crunch and consider adding a sprinkle of hot sauce for an extra kick. Whole grain tortillas make for a healthier option.
