- 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (lettuce, bell peppers, carrots)
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 4 tortillas
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with teriyaki sauce until well coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Add a portion of the teriyaki chicken and mixed vegetables in the center of the tortilla.
- If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil for meal prep.
Notes
Use fresh vegetables for crunch and consider adding a sprinkle of hot sauce for an extra kick. Whole grain tortillas make for a healthier option.
