- 1/2 cup zesty ranch dressing
- 1 avocado, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
- Mix in the cooked beef and taco seasoning.
- Drizzle the zesty ranch dressing over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Serve in bowls, topped with shredded lettuce, cheese, avocado slices, and cilantro.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute ground turkey or chicken. Serve with tortilla chips for added crunch.
