A delightful dish combining flavorful crab legs and perfectly boiled eggs, seasoned with Cajun spices for a taste of the bayou.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound crab legs
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add Cajun seasoning and lemon halves.
  2. Reduce heat and add crab legs, cooking for about 5 minutes.
  3. Gently lower the eggs into the pot and continue boiling for another 10-12 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
  4. Remove the pot from heat, drain, and let cool slightly.
  5. Serve crab and eggs drizzled with melted butter and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning if you want a milder flavor. For extra spice, consider hot sauce when serving.
