    “½ cup sweetcorn”,

    “1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)”,

    “¼ cup crumbled feta or cotija cheese”,

    “Fresh coriander leaves”,

    “¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt”,

    “Lime wedges”

Instructions

    “Mix olive oil, lime juice, and spices in a bowl. Coat chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.”,
