Instructions
- Preheat your smoker or oven to 225°F (107°C).
- Season the beef ribs generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- If using a smoker, add wood chips of your choice for a smoky flavor.
- Place the seasoned beef ribs in the smoker or on a baking tray in the oven.
- Cook for approximately 240-360 minutes, or until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone.
- If desired, brush with barbecue sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Let the ribs rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
